- Performed a detailed assessment of the implementation, use, and effectiveness of the company's computerized waste tracking system at one of the company's hazardous waste landfill facilities. Through extensive interviewing of facility staff and management and by reviewing the technical implementation of the software, we were able to make recommendations to corporate management regarding the utility of the software system, the extent of its use, and its potential shortcomings. Using our recommendations, the company was better able to decide whether and how to implement the software system throughout the company.
