EHS Staff Meeting Coordination

This company had just merged with a smaller company. The corporate EHS staff wanted to raise the awareness of the new EHS staff regarding the company’s EHS expectations and programs. We worked with the corporate EHS staff to design a three-day conference for EHS staff from across the company. We included both educational content and group exercises to facilitate the interaction of EHS staff. We facilitated the meeting and presented one of the sessions on management systems. The feedback from conference participants was extremely positive; the meeting was seen as a successful first step in integrating the two company’s EHS programs.
