- We helped this manufacturer develop a management system model that could be applied to a range of functions in the company, such as EHS and quality. We worked with the client to develop several drafts of the framework, which drew on related management standards such as ISO 14001 and the Chemical Manufacturers Association’s Responsible Care standards. We drafted a training module for our client to use to educate company staff about the framework.
